Play or relax in this beautiful Lake Balboa waterfront home and enjoy all that Hot Springs Village and the surrounding areas have to offer. The home itself sits on an acre lot with 180 feet of lake frontage. The rental portion includes a roomy 1,968 square feet of living area accessible from the main/entry level. The lower level is not included as it is reserved for the owner’s use when guests are not present.
Whether you’re into golf, tennis, pickleball, fishing, swimming, kayaking (2 kayaks included), or just looking to get away from it all, you’re sure to enjoy your stay. The views are amazing from the updated deck, living room, kitchen, and dining room. The outdoor waterfall fountain, grill, and sitting area are all added bonuses. The home has a level driveway too. The large swim dock is incredible and offers a great view and access to lake Balboa! A new Dollar General Market is located just .50 miles from the house making it super convenient. Beautiful property. Some hair in the bathroom. A little hard to get to the dock. Poster bed in the master was in the way of the TV. Loved the waterfall. Great property and location overall!!! Host Kim was fantastic.

Tranquility

The home was lovely and the lake side views were spectacular. The neighborhood is so peaceful and relaxing. We enjoyed biking the trails to Lake Balboa dam and kayaking from the backyard. Hot Springs NP is wonderful and fairly close by. We loved relaxing on the back deck and listening to the bird calls while admiring the views. There is so much to see and do. I only regret not reserving a extra night or two!

Perfect Lake House

My wife and I had the pleasure of staying at this house and we were very impressed! First of all, the house itself is gorgeous, and in a perfect location! We could look out the windows to an incredible lake view, with a dock just steps away! We enjoyed the included kayaks as well. The owners obviously care about cleanliness as well. We felt extremely comfortable and felt like everything in the large house was kept spotless.Kim was also an excellent host. We had a question about something and were answered immediately, something that is rare to see! She also checked in on us and even gave us a restaurant recommendation.Overall, if you are looking for a large, clean lake house with plenty to keep you entertained, this is the place! We would love to stay here again!

Just what we needed!

This was our 2nd stay at this gorgeous house! It is so clean and beautifully decorated. There is a spacious deck out back where you can enjoy the lake view. The community itself is so scenic and peaceful. Loved the winding drive from the West Gate entrance. Definitely a great choice! We might have to make it an annual getaway!

Wonderful place to stay

We stayed for almost a week in March. Everything was as described and we had a great stay at the home which has an amazing view and direct access to the water. The King size bed for the main bedroom was nice too! The property manager was very proactive and also responded promptly when we had questions. Overall loved it.

Great Weekend Getaway!

Beautiful home, with breathtaking views of Lake Balboa. This home is well-maintained with all of the amenities of home, save a hairdryer. Which is nothing big. The bedrooms are spacious, yet comfy. The shared living areas provided amazing views everywhere you looked.The patio is the best spot. With two options to exit from the home; you can sit at the table while sipping on your morning coffee, or lie down on the chaise, while soaking up the sun, with the sounds of the lake, providing relaxation to the max.We thorugly enjoyed our stay here, and will definitely return!Thank you for letting us enjoy your amazing home.The Freemans - NWArkansas

Great stay!

Paradise Lost

I must say. My BFF and I came on Friday and left on Monday. I called the amazing booking agency, who were on the spot for every question. I begged for a few more days. Of course, it was booked. We loved the deck and planted ourselves there with books and great conversation. Trying to talk ourselves into a place that is serene and safe like Hot Springs Village. It was all of that and more. The house was beautifully decorated, full of sunlight and outside there were a few wild critters. We stayed in the house except for 2 small trips. A waterfall is part of the outdoor calm and helped us to chill out. Everything was wonderful. We will come again soon. Thank you. Sheilla Hume

Loved it!

We had a great stay at this Hot Springs Village home! The views of the lake are just beautiful and the house itself is extremely clean and very comfy. Communication with the property manager was excellent. A terrible storm came thru on our very first night and Kim checked on us several times and helped us navigate out of the neighborhood the next morning due to road closures. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was stocked, and the back deck was to die for! And did I mention how clean the house was!! Thank you for a very relaxing stay - we will most certainly return.

Thanksgiving with family

What a comfortable and beautiful place. Cooked Thanksgiving dinner with family and the kitchen and view was spectacular! Beds were very comfortable, golf courses were fantastic and even caught a bass off the dock and also from a rented pontoon boat. Would definitely come back!
