Check-in was fabulous! Very professional and pleasant Front Desk Clerk.The room had a potato chip piece on floor next to the bed that I stepped on barefoot. The room had a stale odor. The carpet is in need of a good cleaning. The furniture needs a good wipe down also, there was a sticky corner on bedside table. The towels and linen were seemingly clean. The fridge worked. Breakfast was a joke. There’s a small 3 serving crockpot out, like what one would use for dips. There weren’t any eggs or sausage out and when I asked I was told what was out was all that was left. When I mentioned the time being 9:07, a serving of eggs was brought out but no sausage. There was only sugar free syrup out for the waffles. Very frustrating to select a hotel for the hot breakfast offered and not have it. A positive point, the breakfast area was wiped often. However, a serving utensil was dropped on the floor and brought to the Front Desk Clerk, who told the guest she had to give it to the Housekeeper, which the guest the had to go to the kitchen to try and find her to give it to her. Customer service was lacking in the morning. I don’t enjoy leaving a negative review, but these points needed to be made. Hopefully some improvement happens as a result. I would not stay here again not recommend it to anyone else.
