We chose this property based on location to our purpose coming to Houston. The air conditioners kept the house cool. Actually we turned the standing one off on the first night as no one was going to sleep in that bedroom anyway. My favorite part was sitting outside when taking my dog out. The street isn't over traveled with cars. It was very quiet. The gate across the driveway can be locked, so we always felt safe. Hope this helps in your choice to stay.
