This isn't the best for shopping or even family get together but it out of the way off 69 and Humble is right up the road so not too far if you have transportation. They do not have good food in themorning its hot milk and runny battered waffle mix it tasted like it was nasty water and no flavor at all . The cereal was stale and I am sure 100 percent it's due to value in the costumers but nasty water should filtered water on coffee and offered some other options if your budget is small remove breakfast period cause it's just gross to water down the mix and offer stale food and sink water coffee come on . Every single soul deserves the right to be treated the same this is just awful to me to know when you go to places that serve this other people that are like Hilton quality that y'all can at least treat the people like Hilton does a so anyway that's what I have to say about it it's not too bad of a place and you know the quality of service wasn't was great and they were sweet they don't communicate much they just kind of let you in or don't they got everything that you need to know on little signs on there you know paraphernalia and no smoking in the rooms and no animals they don't offer no pets there because I don't know why.. honest review.

Booked for 3 nights but after reading the reviews about the shady activities and poor cleanliness, I called to change the booking to 1 night. I asked if there were going to be extra charges for changing the reservation and was told a confident no. Days later, I get charged an extra $11 and when asked about it, suddenly I’m told it’s a necessary charge and they have “no control” over it. If so, why tell me I wouldn’t be charged extra when that wasn’t actually the case? I specifically asked about it and was misled. Unfortunately, the reviews are accurate in that cleanliness is lacking. The couch had a white powder stain on it and towels had dark spots on them. Redeeming qualities are that its location is near the freeway and the mall. It would be decent for a one-night stay and nothing more in my opinion.
