The hotel is very modern, no carpet in room, which was great! The service was great! We only stayed one night. The room smelled funky , not pleasant at all. Pillows were very small and looked dirty, they were more like cushions , so we did t used them. I can’t tell if the smell is from humidity or what! The shuttle didn’t pick us up at airport after 2 hours so that was terrible. He drove crazy , but I think everyone does in Houston lol! He was very nice though …

The hotel was great. We had a flight in the morning and their shuttle was on time and easy. It was a very convenient nice stay.

We were first given a suite on the first floor which had a very strong and unpleasant "spray" odor. It was so strong, we could barely breathe. We went to to the front desk attendant and asked for another room noting the unpleasant smell and our environmental sensitivities. He immediately placed us in a room on an upper floor which was better for us.

Stayed for one night as it was close to the airport and it had free shuttle services. The shuttle service is OK but overall drivers are always in a mood… The hotel itself is not in best condition but you get what you pay . I recommend this place for a short sleep if in transit for another flight

Convenient, good and reasonably priced accommodation when you have a lap over (transit more than 8 hours). Free shuttle service from airport, comfortable bed, clean rooms without carpet, which I liked, room service available with a very good selection, has an elevator, friendly staff, nice breakfast is provided and walking distance to eateries. Ply down point: When having a room at the rear side of the building a big spotlight from adjacent building shining through al night and not completely sound proof. Still I definitely recommend a stay here.
