Good hotel for the purpose

This hotel was good for my purpose of a one night stay before early morning flight from IAH. The room was clean and recently painted. The downside was the pillows were uncomfortable as I need a soft pillow for my neck. The bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly. I would stay there again.

If you have other options, take it. They had me in an accessible room, which I didn’t book. There was no iron, I had to threaten to leave before they gave me one. The computer nor the printer works, so if you need something printed you have to email it to them for them to do it. They had difficulty retrieving my email to print. The vending machine award not cold. After I got my warm soda and said some about it; they said they knew it wasn’t cold. I asked why wouldn’t they put a sign up saying it wasn’t Cold for their patrons. They begin to give every reason of why it wasn’t working and what they needed to do and that I could get some ice. All I asked was be considerate of your guests and put a sign Saying the drinks were not cold; and they wouldn’t give me My money back either.

Not a picky person, but the floor had a stain, one of the beds had a stain on the sheets that was decent and a long piece of hair and the other bed had a hole in the sheet. Not sure the room was serviced before us properly. Breakfast was so so.
