Good location downtown.

Good down-town location. Where person in adjoining room was unusually loud a call to front desk addressed it.. Do not park in no parking area…even on weekend or you will be ticketed.

This is a nice hotel with clean rooms. I was very disappointed by the staff not honoring what they put on their web site stating that with parking breakfast is free for two people. We spent over $100 between both days on breakfast thinking we were getting credit for $40 per day for my husband and myself and they only gave us a )20 credit per day. Don’t put your policies in writing if you are not going to honor them!

I had a fantastic stay! The staff were warm and welcoming from the moment I arrived. My room was spotless, comfortable, and had all the amenities I needed. Overall accessing the hotel was easy and a convenient stay to the Toyota center. But, our shower did not drain it took all night and had mildew. The carpet was completely stained and the ac was not working fully. We only stayed one night so we worked with the room we had.

Jasmin, the bartender, was amazing. She always tried to make a “no” into a “yes!” The women at the front desk, on check in, also have the same attitude. All the carts were full when we arrived. One of the women at the front desk helped us carry our luggage to our room by hand. We will return!

Good location and beautiful common areas however, we did have a negative experience. We booked a corner view room, upon entry the bed wasn’t made. We expressed our concerns and were relocated to a different room. In the new room the AC was broken. We asked to be switched to a different room or have a fan brought up. Front desk suggested we door dashed a fan, as there was nothing they could do for us. Will not be returning.
