Only giving two stars because the room itself was nice but does not get serviced during stay. Which is not surprising because overall. Service from the hotel was terrible. Was charged my entire stay for valet parking despite having a terrible experience with an incredibly rude valet man on day 1, asking to have it removed for the rest of my stay and self parking the whole time. In addition, we’ve called multiple times regarding items left in the room and being told we’d get a call back once they spoke to housekeeping yet here we are a week later and no call back. Most likely due to housekeeping or the front staff keeping the items as we can see the last location is in the hotel.
