Nasa Space Center and all the major plants are just a quick drive for those in town on business. This centrally located home has tons of amenities and is kid and pet friendly!! Large screen TV's, board games and puzzles, a full coffee bar, a huge pool with a basketball goal, a hot tub that seats 7, and free on-site parking that can accommodate even an RV!! Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please NO dishes left in the sink or dishwasher. Put trash in outside can.
Hang up wet towels in the bathrooms. Please DON'T make the beds you used. It's ok to strip the beds you did use.
Clean grill, additional $50 if not cleaned. Thank you!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

$499 fee for cleaning/deodorizing any type of smoking inside the home. **Additional fees will apply if there are burn marks.

This home was really nice and in a great location. The whole house is amazing inside & outside.The pool and jacuzzi area is very nice and private. We enjoyed our stay. Our host was very responsive and checked on us to make sure there were no problems or needs. I would definitely stay there again
