We went to Pearland for a family wedding. I had stay many year back at the Marriott in Pearland and remembered that it was nice and I had liked it. So, I recommended it to some of the friends of the family. In all 5 rooms. 1. There was no room safe as advertised on your 3rd party website Hotels.com. 2. Our friends had various complaints. It was too noisy, The Ice Machine. The elevator next to one room noisy. No breakfast included. 3. It was clean and comfortable. And my room was quiet. I would stay there again but don’t think my friends will.

Hideaway for a Special Time

The stay was great. the staff were very pleasant and helpful. I enjoyed the close vicinity to shopping and being able to walk around and enjoy the outdoor activities in the area. The location was easy to venture from and back too.

Visited this Marriot on a recent trip to Houston. This location is situated within the Pearland Town centre. It was difficult figuring out google maps where it was located but basically in the middle of Pearland town centre. Parking is at the back. You can access the building from the parking lot which leads you to the lobby the prooble I had was the smell. They put a super strong air freshener that is sickening. It’s not normal that it has to be that strong so I am assuming it’s to present pests the hotel is clean but old and carpet is worn down in the hallways. My room looked clean and fine and actually spacious/ had a couch with a pullout bed which was nice. The service at the hotel was nice. We needed clean towels mid day they brought it up. Another day we needed a working iron and they brought up a new one/ Cleaning of the rooms looks like it’s only done maybe 3x in a week stay but we had no major issues. As the property is in the mall it’s convenient to walk and shop. A few decent restaurants in the area. This location was also close to where we wanted to be so it ended up being very convenient for us/ Other than the bad smell that wafts from the lower entrance into the elevator and hallway it’s a nice place.

Housekeeping knocked on our door at 7am, waking us up. A while later they came back and opened our door without knocking and nearly walked in on me undressed right out of the shower. The front desk offered us late check-out for our troubles.

Loved the location of the hotel. Would have preferred to stay somewhere where they offer complimentary breakfast but the surrounding facilities is what made this stay better. Tv and AC unit need to be upgraded a long with the Sheet rock in the room ceilings.
