This was our first time using Vrbo and we will do it again.Overall the stay was nice, but there were a few things that could be improved. 1. There was not enough seating for our family of six to sit and dine together. The table off the kitchen only had 4 seats.2.The microwave looked damaged, but did work.3. The oven definitely needed to be cleaned.4. Some outlets did not work in the kitchen5. The carpet needed to be cleaned in some rooms. 6. The game room was nice but there was only one seat in that space, so we had to borrow some folding chairs from friends in the area.7. There was also two empty rooms at the front of the house which was off putting, but the overall look of the inside of the house was nice.The neighborhood was very nice and quiet.My family enjoyed their visit and it was well worth the stay.

Host was easy to communicate with. Large house with big bedrooms and living space. Ample parking. Some snacks and water much appreciated, there was also salt pepper sugar, coffee filters, etc. plenty of towels, paper towels, etc.

The host, Louis, was the epitome of professionalism and hospitality—communication was seamless, and he was always available to ensure our visit was perfect.The house was the perfect retreat for our family and friends. If you are looking for quality and comfort, this is the place! The beds were a dream to sleep in, and the entire home feels both luxurious and incredibly welcoming. The spacious, open layout meant we could all hang out together without ever feeling crowded.Furthermore, the property is located in a stunning, upscale neighborhood that was both peaceful and incredibly safe. We loved taking morning walks just to admire the beautiful surroundings. It was the perfect, serene setting for our trip. We had a wonderful time and would not hesitate to book this incredible home again."

Near perfect stay

Host: Lucius was quick to respond to any of my queries before, during, and after our stay. From my experience, he was very kind and willing to help with anything we needed. Location: The house is in an amazing location in the beautiful Sienna Plantation master planned community in Missoury City, TX. Since this is in the SW part of the greater Houston area, it is easy to access Pearland, Sugar Land, Downtown Houston, Richmond, and even Galveston (about an 45 min to 1 hr drive).The House: This is where I took 1 star off of my review. Don't get me wrong, the house itself is beautiful. Unfortunately, like other reviewers mentioned for this property, it didn't have enough sitting area for the number of people it can sleep. The formal dining and formal living room area did not have any furniture and the only eating area is the 4 seated counter height breakfast table. So at meals, 2 of us would have to stand or sit in the living room. Also, the electric sockets one side of the kitchen didn't have power which probably also affected the power recliner which was plugged into that same wall. Lucius was apologetic when I told him and about it and was willing to send an electrician out the following day. However, we just decided to work around it instead of having to wait for someone to come out. The kitchen could also use more cooking appliances as well as cooking utensils. But I'm certain that will be rectified in the future.

Great area!

We were very happy with the area and the neighborhood. It was a great location for our family. Some of the house is empty (front 2 rooms) and there is only a table for 4 - things to consider if staying with a big group which didn't really matter for us. We really enjoyed the game room and basketball. It was great that there was a full contingent of trash bags, toilet paper, dish soap, etc. Plenty of towels and blankets. Check-in/out and communication with Lou was excellent. Thank you for a great stay!

Satisfying Suburban Space

Home was very spacious and clean and equipped with what we needed. Owner was responsive and reached out to make sure we knew how to access. Added bonus, snacks! Only “negative” would be that the furniture was sparse if you’re planning to spend time in the house. Would stay again for sure.
