Offering approximately 150 (+/-) square feet of thoughtfully designed living space, this efficiency-style RV is ideal for travelers looking for an affordable, comfortable place to stay in a prime central location with convenient access to Houston's restaurants, entertainment, and business districts.
This is a budget-friendly accommodation designed to provide outstanding value rather than luxury accommodations. While every effort has been made to prepare the property for your arrival, guests should understand that this is an RV, not a hotel or a newly constructed home. Minor cosmetic imperfections or the occasional maintenance item can be part of the experience and are reflected in the competitive nightly rate.
Our goal is for every guest to have a positive stay. If, upon arrival, you determine the property does not meet your expectations, simply let us know before checking in, and we will gladly provide a full refund. However, once you choose to check in and occupy the property, the rate is considered accepted, and no additional discounts, credits, or refunds will be provided for minor issues that are consistent with the property's budget-friendly nature.

Parking Information
The driveway and rear parking area are extremely compact and are suitable for compact cars only. Trucks, SUVs, vans, and oversized vehicles cannot be accommodated. If your vehicle does not fit safely within the designated parking space, paid parking is available in the adjacent parking lot at the guest's expense.

Address was very difficult to find as there was no numbers. Once found I was barely able to for my car into the parking area. When all that was resolved and the lockbox found, on the neighbors front door, there was NO key. Found another place to stay.

Inside the trailer does not look like the photos. I think AI was used. To be fair, two rainstorms caused a terrible leaks in the roof. So I left early before my time ended and this was my choice. I just wanted to be there alone with no workers around because that roof needs repairing very badly. The area was nice with restaurants and grocery stores and bars are walking distance.

DO NOT BOOK! The host was "not" attentive at all. False advertisement/listing. I get that over time things wear down but this place was my worst Vrbo stay ever. If it were not for me being forced to pick a star, it would not get even one. "If you love yourself and your skin, do not, i repeat do not book this place. I was infected with ringworm. This place is "Unsanitary". The ceiling even leaked and daaged my gear and clothing my last day there.
Soaked clothes from leaky ceiling.
Trash in the place when I first got there.
Left for me to clean.
Let from person before.
