Property was not as pictured on the web site.. I was was first on the 26th floor carpet was dirty in the hallway even in the room the carpet was dirty sink have crack in it and the bottom off the sink was hanging the tub, shower curtain and curtains dirty. The room smelled so bad like old mildew clothes. I then was changed to 24th floor still stink in the room ended up getting an air freshener. The breakfast is not work 27 dollars.. this hotel is not a great place to stay would not recommend

Our stay was quiet and peaceful. The balcony view was nice however, they are extremely small. Originally paid for a suite without the view but I received a free upgrade so that was kind of cool. Staff provided exceptional customer service. Overall it was a pleasant experience and I would definitely come back.

Too expensive for the service and hospitality they render. Rooms are old and smell old. No kitchen utensils. Bathroom supplies were low. The ladies at the breakfast very rude food too almost an hour to refill and breakfast was $29 per person with nothing to show for it. I couldn’t order for my own eggs. Parking was $34 per night that is the highest I have paid

Excellent service & lobby, DIRTY FURNITURE

Staff was wonderful, lobby was gorgeous, self parking was easy, room suite with kitchen was spacious. Location is great, near the galleria. Unfortunately the room furniture, carpet, window curtains, shower curtain, and tub were all stained and dirty. Furniture was also old and worn, rusted, chipped or torn. By holding up the white towels to the sunlight I could see there were some stains there as well.
