Room wasn’t ready for FIVE hours. They did comp my Parking. I booked a suite so I could cook in it- bought a bunch of food, only to find out they “ran out” Of kitchen supplies. So i wasted money booking a suite and wasted money buying food i couldn’t prepare. The staff was friendly and the beds were comfortable, I will give them that. Oh, and 2 of the 4 elevators didn’t work so you were waiting 10-20 min for an elevator.

booked a suite with the kitchen access and there was NOTHING in the kitchen to eat or drink with. the furniture had stains there were needing to be cleaned. housekeeping had no soap in our room to wash hands with on day one. Day two we came back to no clean towels and they took everyone we used the day before. and let us no forget with 26 floors and 4 elevators; only 2 were working. this was the saddest DT i've ever been too and will not be visiting your property again.

I paid to have a kitchen but didn't get one, the trade-off was a two bed with the kitchen but no balcony. The staff talked to me crazy over the phone and hung up in my face, and wouldn't answer anymore just for asking for the Wi-Fi info. There were no available carts, and we never received or saw one from the staff for the whole time we were there. The place is unkept with dirty elevator doors and stained carpet that needed to be vacuumed, and more, or less, depending on how you look at it. It was much like a motel rather than a so-called five-star hotel Elevators would not work and kept awaiting crowd. It was much more like a motel rather than a five-star hotel, which is what one of the staff barked at me for asking about the parking prices.

I will not be back -27 stars. Upon arrival at 08/02 at about 3:30pm the older lady who checked us in clearly hates her job. She was very hostile, and put the keys down to the room and gave us her back. She didn’t direct to the elevators, tell us what floor we were on nothing. I was confused if should wait for her, because she just left so abruptly. The hotel pictures don’t match. All the furniture in these rooms need to be thrown out and replaced. I was scared to sit on the couch. It looks like yall just hire anybody the workers look scary and don’t know what professional is. The parking situation also doesn’t make sense. Holes in the wall and pealing wallpaper. This feels like a motel, by far the worst hotel experience ever. It was a line to get in the elevator because only one was working. I could literally complain until next week everything is bad.
