Our family had 2 rooms on different floors. The 9th and 12th. The ninth floor smelled like curry in the hallway. And the 12th floor smelled like marijuana. The 12th floor room, balcony door would not lock. Overall, was not impressed with this hotel. I would not choose it again.

Unfortunately, our trip experience wasn't quite perfect. On the plus side, our parking was complimentary while we stayed, the room was clean, and it was relatively quiet for being on such a busy street. When we showed up at 7 pm, well after the required check-in time, there wasn't a suite available. They only told us this AFTER being charged. We had to wait in the lobby for about an hour. Nothing was communicated to us. We eventually got a room however, there was no balcony. The whole hotel lobby smelled like it was leaking natural gas, and the elevators were under construction. On quite a few occasions, other guests littered our hallways with trash, crumbs that weren't cleaned up promptly. They have washing machines and dryers available for guests--which you can buy tokens for at the front; however, they cost way too much at $5.00 each.
