It was a nice place location wise and the staff at front desk was great! However the room service hrs slow, housekeeping did not clean the bathroom or replace toilet paper! Drinks expensive at the bar and water down! Room need major update but space was great inside room

The property is generally a bit dated and requires some exterior painting and cleaning. Overall it is great value for money and ideally located for shopping at the malls and dining out. The parking is convenient but pricey and rooms spacious and clean, but again a little worn.

Rude front desk

I would have more stars but the front desk was rude after checkout when I called to see why I had a $40 charge. She told me it was for overnight parking but I didn’t park overnight. I borrowed my cousins car then parked long enough to pick up my friend waiting in the room. We went shopping and out to eat then came back, unloaded the car, and took it back. I was charged over night for that. The woman who answered the phone was rude and would not correct the mistake. When I told her I was never explained an over night parking fee for parking a couple hours she replied “there are signs.” I was left with a bitter taste in my mouth from what I would have otherwise said was an extremely pleasant stay.

A good property, but the rooms should have been cleaner for the price being paid. I stayed in a King Suite with a balcony, but the balcony seemed to have dried vomit on the rail from a room on a higher floor. Additionally, the sheets in the pullout couch had multiple stains and were clearly not changed out for clean sheets. I would consider staying here again, but I would urge management to ensure that rooms, especially rooms at the SUITE level, are more closely inspected before check in. A pullout couch is easily looked over and understandable, however the balcony was unacceptable.

What made this a two star review for me was the fact my tub wouldn’t drain. Had to have them come up to my room with a snake to get out a giant hair clog from whoever was previously in the room. It took about an hour for them to get to the room to address it. I noticed it the night I arrived but due to me getting in so late I waited til the next day to have them fix it. Other than me and my partner having to stand in each others dirty shower water up to our ankles it was nice.

Bad experience

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had a Hilton hotel and I’ll go as far as to say it was my worst hotel experience I’ve ever had to deal with. From start to finish this was an overall bad experience. The only thing that’s was good about the place was leaving it. When we first arrived which was around 4:00, 4:05 the latest. Stood in line for over 15 minutes because one for the receptionist decided to walk away(who I later find out is the manager). Upon Check it I was told “sorry for the delay room service is running behind schedule. The fact that the check out is 12pm and they couldn’t clean it before 4pm is unacceptable my family had travels 4 hours on road to get there and to find out we had to wait another hour to get a room is sad. We got our room at 5:20. The only reason was because I went up asking for a manager to ask about our room. We where offered free parking for our stay which at checkout they still charged me and laughed at me for explaining to them why they weren’t supposed to charge me I told them it was because of my situation at check in and who I spoke to and they still laughed at me and gave me false information about the manager on duty. The room were dirty. Parts of the rug looked like they had mold, shower tub was dirty, a lot of stains on the carpet and walls.

I was very dissatisfied with my stay last night in Room 320. The room was extremely hot, and the temperature would not go down despite adjusting the thermostat. In addition, every few minutes the wall unit made very loud noises, which kept me awake the entire night. It was impossible to get any proper rest. Please look into this issue.
