Unfortunately, our experience was not great. The lady at the front desk was clearly having a bad day and was very rude. We could tell she did not want to deal with us. During check-in, she failed to inform us about the complimentary cocktail drinks and breakfast. Luckily, we already knew about these amenities because we stay at Embassy Suites often. The room we were assigned was extremely small—the smallest we’ve ever had at an Embassy Suites. The hotel looked new online, but in person it definitely was not. Overall, I would rate this stay a 6 out of 10, and I will not be staying at this location again.

Breakfast did not taste as good as previous stays here. On the first day of check in, tv cable did not work and finally came on at 10:00pm. The TV in living room area was so dark you could barely see what you were watching.

Everything was good except I had to wait an hour for the essentials to make up the sofa bed. Van was amazing and so was the other young man that was there. The girls loved the pool and happy hour was a plus for the adults.
