Close to MD Anderson a nice 12 minute walk, so that is convenient. Price was very good compared to other hotels in the area, so if you need a quick, easy stay near MD Anderson, this is it. However, seemed to be people up all night in the hallways, not sure why that would be. Cockroach ran across the little dinette, which is not good. I'd be very hesitant to stay longer than just one night here.

Never again

Terrible choice, smell bad as soon as you walk into the lobby. Lots of people live there. Our room was a good size, but dirty. There was pet food on the floor, and it definitely wasn’t mopped any time soon. The bed was ok but old. The bathroom was a disaster, with the paint peeling off the tub/shower, a dead cockroach on the wall. I killed four more around the sink area. Was there to have surgery at nearby hospital, praying I didn’t contract anything. Bedding and towels were clean at least.

This property should be condemned. It was absolutely disgusting. Cockroaches climbing up the wall and on the dining table. Not to mention the stains on furniture and curtains. Don't stay there!

The rooms had a terrible mildew smell, the kitchen had nothing in. If you needed a pan plate or fork you had to go to the front desk. It freaked of pot and there were some shady character all hanging around. The locks on the doors did not open with your key, you had to walk around the building. The front desk told me” yeah they’ve been like that for a while. I left there in the middle of the night and moved to the Hilton in and Suites for $20 more a night…. Well worth it to be out of the slum.

This place is totality disgusting. I checked out 30minutes after checking in. 2 different rooms, dirty, stinky and stains all over sofa beds. AC and elevator broken.

Unfortunate choice

We had two rooms for a family of five, although the room was supposed to have an open up couch which it didn’t. So another room had to be booked. The mattresses in the family room were hard & the remote missing. In the single room the toilet was broken and the shower spewed water all over the place out of the connector. The areas outside the hotel were not maintained (garbage cans full, broken car glass in a number of spots & a torn apart bag of garbage just outside a side door).
