The house is located in a private and secured gated community. All cars must be registered to gain access through the gate.

The pool heater requires just $40/day fee just to cover the gas cost. We need at least 24 hours in advance notice to ensure optimal operation and avoid any setbacks. This advance planning makes it easier to make necessary adjustments on time.

By any reason an event or party is NOT welcome and they are totally banned. Please contact us before if you want to use the property for commercial recordings.

Additionally, since our property is surrounded by lush green areas, it is possible to encounter some bugs during your stay. This is a natural occurrence in such environments, but rest assured, we maintain a regular pest control schedule to minimize any inconvenience.
Strict Non-party rule: No events, no local gatherings, no unregistered guests. Any intent of violation will cause a fine and immediate cancellation. Park your vehicle in the private parking spot (1 vehicle max). Parking in the driveway is not allowed.
All credit card holders must be aged 25 years and older at check-in.
For stays of 14+ days we will offer a free extra cleaning to keep the property in good shape.
