The hotel Was nice had no compliant about the room until we discovered the tub had no drain and tha bathroom light went out. Also blasting music in the courtyard starting at 11 am with no people is wild.

I wish we could appreciate the uniqueness of the property but the lack of good amenities like a closet.. a tightly closing door and a bug zapper present in the room with plenty more bugs to go around really made it a less enjoyable stay.. no hooks to hang towels and the comfort of the bed could not be fully enjoyed with the constant paranoia of bugs, we warched the zapper flash over and over. This was not worth the price and it is not what is advertised.

I would like a full refund of my money. I left due to my guests being stuck in the feet by a nail. We all did not enjoy our stay an I would like a full refund. We didn’t stay the night at the hotel we left as soon after we got stuck by a nail.

Every March there’s a music festival and Heights House was the epicenter of the festival. Those days are gone. But despite the lack of parties, management did not make sure the facilities were ready. Remodeling was still continuing during our stay. Some rooms were being worked on while customers were staying in them. My friend luckily got a room that was “ready” but the paint wasn’t even dry! Some had no mini-fridges and my room still had drywall dust on the floors and some construction worker’s half eaten pizza. Never again Heights House.

Beware!

Rooms here are not fully finished. Both our rooms had no towel bars, toilet tissue holder, hangers, luggage rack or closet. No coffee maker though I was told we’d have one. Had to ask many times for things we requested. No restaurant that is advertised on their site. Closed a while ago apparently. Not a great area either.

Several improvements are taking place on the property, so didn’t get to utilize the property the way we intended. Space Cowboy (club) is under construction and new restaurant is as well. Was looking forward to both of these. No fridge in room or microwave, which was only a mild inconvenience. Microwave available in vending area. No closet in room, and we like to hang our clothes. Overall, a good stay. It was clean. Beds are comfy. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. It is an older property so expect to hear others moving around on the floors above you (walking, creaking floors, etc). Nothing crazy though. They offer a continental breakfast including oatmeal, bagels, pastries, milk, juice, and coffee. A great vibe! Fun cool place for a quick getaway!
