The room was clean, the hotel is a nice older property. I was skeptical at first wondering why the price was at the lower end. I read the reviews and said ughhhh why not. Don’t over look this place if you’re in Houston!!! We spent 3 nights and enjoyed everything, including the location and easy access to the freeway and restaurants. Rosa was a pleasant front desk first greet and made our stay.

Walked in around midnight, and no one was at reception. I called multiple time, called out, and knocked on the desk. After about 20 minutes a worker with dark glasses presented and checked me in. Other than that, it was conveniently located near all the events and locations I needed

The hotel and staff were really nice. The rooms were clean and very spacious. The lobby was inviting and smelled so nice no matter the time of day! I need to know what that scent was. Only downside to the stay was that the hotel has no signage so it was a little hard to find.

The room was spacious, but honestly for the ratings that this hotel has, I was expecting a little bit more. There’s no continental breakfast, my first room had no hot water, and the second room had only hot water in the face bowl, but not the shower. It was a bit noisy on the first floor, which was well was moved to after third floor had no hot water. I like higher level rooms for a quieter space.
