The gentleman who checked me in was absolutely wonderful! Treated me kindly and was very helpful. Then got to the room which was a double room suite and we couldn't get into the second room which had the bedroom and bathroom. We had been on the road for an hour and really had to use the restroom. We texted the front desk as that is what we were told to do for any issues. We told them the key wouldn't work on the other room. Was told to come back to the front desk and get another one. Tried the new one and it wouldn't work!! Now by this time i was getting upset. We texted again and that is when we got mister rude boy we will call him come in our room and said to my friend you told me the wrong number that's why it wasn't working and asked him if there was something wrong with him and that it's not hard to give the correct room number. Really? First of all my friend is autistic and it upset him badly. I jumped in and said hey how dare you talk to a customer like that and that he is austitic and he raised his voice to me saying do you have a problem now. At this point I'm super irrate. I said go down get our key and get it to us that we are about to go to the bathroom on the floor. He said you can come down and get it that he's not coming back up. Mind you it's 95 degrees and second floor and he makes me, the customer, do it. So i go down and he said I'll have to wait until he is done with these other 2 customers!! I said what part of we have to use the bathroom don't you get??

We had a good stay overall. We stayed here because it is dog friendly ($46 fee per stay) and its location. The hotel was quite with ample parking. Sorry to say it wasn’t that clean, and the bed linens were too small for the bed, so they kept popping off the mattress. The staff was nice.

My stay was not what I expected. I came from Louisiana with friends for the weekend . Even though I enjoyed my stay because of the festivities we did. I was disappointed in my stay. They have that they offer breakfast, no breakfast. Not even as much so some coffee. For the price I paid, at least it could have been coffee 😩

Great Experience!

My boyfriend and I came down to Houston for my father’s wedding. We were a little skeptical about staying in a hotel because we had an extremely bad experience at a different hotel. However, after staying at this hotel. We were very pleased! When we arrived, the front desk lady was so sweet. Checking in was very easy. When we went to check our room it wasn’t very modern, more on the older side but very clean and comfortable! It was so peaceful and security drove around throughout the night to make sure vehicles were safe. We even decided to extend one more day, it was such a good peaceful experience. I would 100% recommend.

The property was clean and the staff was friendly and professional, particularly Rosa at the front desk. Note that I received a confirmation email that indicated there was a Bistro (booked on Expedia), but that is no longer open (property used to be a Courtyard Marriott).

Staff was friendly but in two night stay not even coffee pod was replaced, forget about housekeeping. The room was roach infested. Vegan breakfast was supposedly available but no breakfast, vegan or non vegan was available.
