The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. The shower could use a chair for the people who can’t stand long. I did see a roach by the tv on the floor. It would also help if there were outlets for phone charger cables.

Comfortable and great staff. I really appreciated the ease of the stay. I love the setup of how the elevators in proximity to the parking garage elevators. I also like the access keys having to be used for elevator access to the rooms. It felt very safe.

Parking garage ticketing system is confusing and there don’t seem to be any reasonable alternatives. Hallways had an odd odor. Shower didn’t work, only the bath. Bed was comfortable. Location is great for medical center. Everything is walkable so you can stay parked in the hotel’s $20 garage and avoid other parking fees and hassle.
