I was charged for a suite and was given a standard room. The manager was out for the weekend and no one followed through to accommodate me. I paid extra for something I didn’t get. Also, it was my birthday. The manager offered to discount my room but still overcharged me.

Loved the stay, it was located right near the malls and was vibrant the whole weekend. Services with housekeeping was a little slow as I never got towels or things I requested. But other than that everything was excellent, including breakfast.

Very nice hotel, but next to a very noisy road and you may need earplugs. Luckily I had some with me. No antibacterial handgel left in the dispenser at the breakfast buffet. Breakfast nice. Not too far from the Galleria and some fancy shops at the highland village, To get to the galleria is apparently walkable but we took a taxi.
