The room was clean and convenient to the hospital. The bartender was friendly and generous. However, the TV didn't work properly, and the staff chose not to be helpful. The coffee maker didn't work either.

The staff was very friendly. They have a complementary uber if going to the medical centers. I loved the uniqueness of the hotel. The third floor hall was mesmerizing with the tall ceiling. The room was nice sized had a coffee maker, bath amenities, but only towel set for one person. The bed was clean and comfortable, but the bed frame and chair needed to be deep cleaned or replaced. What bothered me the most was that there were blood drops on the floor next to the shower and on the tub. Can’t tell if the ones in the tube was rubbed off or rinsed off broom the shower curtain dripping. Our room didn’t have a bad odor like some reviews said.

This is such a cute hotel! If you are looking for a Hyatt etc it’s not that but the originality and cool atmosphere is great! Read some bad reviews but they are not true! Was totally clean and great!
