Absolutely amazing! The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive from check-in to check-out. The location is convenient, perfect for walking, central, quiet but close to attractions. The food was delicious, and the whole experience felt exceptional.

The hotel does not have a restaurant as advertised. They do serve breakfast, but that is the only time that food is served. To go to an actual restaurant where you can place an order, you have to leave the hotel and go next door, to an affiliated hotel. If you order room service, it comes from the hotel next door. We asked the front desk about the restaurant and were told, "I don't know why they still advertise that, we are supposed to have pizza and we don't even have that" The bar is not an actual bar, but they have some alcoholic beverages served by the front desk employees. Again, you have to go the the hotel next door for a regular bar. None of this is stated on their website.

Everything is good, except for the Valet Parking that you have to pay separately $33 usd per night and you don’t have any other option because the hotel doesn’t have parking lot.

Great location and good breakfast overall. I would have preferred more variety in the breakfast options, but the current selections are fine. It does get very busy in the mornings, so it’s best to go down early. We had to request daily housekeeping, as we were initially told the hotel only services rooms every other day. Since we have a toddler in diapers, we needed the trash emptied daily. The hotel accommodated this and provided trash removal, made the bed, and replaced towels—though we were missing towels (took the washcloth but never replaced) a couple of times, which was a bit frustrating. Valet parking is also on the pricey side at $33/day plus tax, especially for an area that doesn’t really require valet. We chose self‑parking instead, which is $27/day (without in‑and‑out privileges). However, if you park for fewer than 14 hours, it’s only $10. Overall, the hotel is a reasonably priced place to stay near the Galleria. The beds were comfortable and clean enough for a pleasant stay.
