We stayed here on Easter Sunday when our flight was canceled. If I’m ever in Houston again, I won’t look for another hotel. This hotel was recommended to us by an employee at IAH. Great location but, more importantly, the staff made our stay absolutely amazing. Everyone was so helpful and so friendly. We used the beautiful pool and enjoyed a glass of wine at the bar and then breakfast the next day. Really loved it here. Thank you!

Not the best stay

It took a long time to get checked in due to the front desk lady put me into someone else’s room and the key did not work. Asked the receptionist to come upstairs to see what is going on and finally realized they made mistake the room. The printer was not working we basically booked this hotel specifically to use the printer but made it difficult not having the necessary work space to print papers.

Great location, ok installation.

The location is great but the lack of a proper space to park the car to load/unload the luggages is a huge downside. Also the need to get on an elevator to access the reception is weird

Near the mall. What I didn’t like is when we were checking out we were waiting for an elevator and it took quite a while and when one finally arrived a staff member had a bin of towels and taking up a good part of the elevator and she didn’t even attempt to make space for us even though we tried to get in. She blocked the empty space to the slide of the door. She just stared at us. We almost missed our uber pick up because we waited another 4 mins for another elevator. Additionally on the day we checked out the housekeeper knocked on our door at 845 pressuring us to leave. The hotel staff was great but the housekeeping staff wasn’t very friendly.
