Checked in 4 hours early and got a clean, spacious room. It happened to be a handicapped access room which was great. I was a bit disappointed that for the first time ever in my travels, I was charged an early check in fee of $10/hr = $40 extra dollars which questioned at check in. Also disappointed that the 24/7 coffee service was unavailable and there was no provisions made for the residents to get coffee other than the breakfast period time.

Not outrageously expensive. Clean rooms. Tasty breakfast. Only problem was the eggs which were served cold. Hotel needs to purchase an egg warmer. That pot is not cutting it.

arrived at 2.15pm, they would not check me in unless I paid 10dlls becasue apparetly check in is at 3pm. Never seen a policy more petty, or a more anoying positon by a hotel. this hotel is basically the spirit airlines of hotels. Just increase your rates by 10 and don't anger your customers with last minute petty money grabs!
