i tried numerous times to arrange a shuttle from IAH to the hotel... but no one ever answered the front desk number that was provided. In frustration i booked a cab. As i checked in i made sure that i would be on the 8am shuttle rhe following morning. The following morning i went to wait for the airport shuttle and was told my name wasn't on the list. Thankfully an uber was available to take me to mt flight. Not happy!!

Everything was nice and the hotel has a very nice scent to it all around. A couple of things I would like to mention is that the sofa in the suite was very, very hard. Also, the AC had kind of like a feet stink to it when the air was blowing.
