Prior to check in the hotel messaged us letting us know how to arrange our shuttle to get to the hotel and stated the shuttle operated between 5am and 10pm. When we arrived at the airport and called the number they provided, they informed us the shuttle was not operational between 1pm and 3pm (we landed at 1), something that was not mentioned in their message. The reason we booked this hotel was for the free airport shuttle. They offered no solutions and in the end we had to navigate our own way to the hotel (including paying for it). I gave them many opportunities to make it right but I didn’t even get so much as an apology. Extremely poor customer service.

Lauren, lady at the front desk was very friendly and helped us to get the shuttle to the airport. We need to catch a fly and either Uber and a Taxi were 20 to 30 minutes away. 🙏🙏🙏she was there. Shuttle service to airport was a fares. I was talking to them before arriving, I told them I will be landing around 10:00Pm asked for instruction about shuttle and was told to call them when I arrive and they will send the shuttle to pick us up. Well, Well I follow theirs instructions and when I called I was told shuttle service stops at 10:Pm. Which was a misleading information. I took a Taxi($25.00) to the hotel and when I told the reception desk that I need a shuttle around 7:00AM he told me there was no room in the shuttle only a 5:00 AM. Shuttle is only a minivan with not space for luggage. Again, thanks to Lauren she managed to provide a shuttle so I will no miss my flight.

We arrived in Houston- on the way to our cruise the next day and began the check in process at the hotel. All 7 of us was tired and ready to get to our rooms. At some point during the check-in process - my son‘s backpack was stolen. The backpack not only included his passport, but also the medication that he needed for the next week. We called the Houston Police Department, and when they arrived, the hotel was so unhelpful to them and would not allow them to see video of the front lobby and would not connect them to the person that supposedly was allowed to show it. They just didn’t care. I would never stay there again… even the police officer that came said that our first mistake was staying in Houston. It was unfortunate that they didn’t at least try to find out who stole our stuff..

My daughter and I were travelling together and booked two rooms for one night. The first thing we noticed was the overwhelming aroma of cleaning products or scented air fresheners. In nearly every space we went, the scents were almost unbearable. I'm not sure what they're doing to have such strong smells but it was very uncomfortable. We needed a shuttle to the airport the next day, and even though the Expedia listing says the shuttle runs from 5 am to 9 pm daily, the staff takes a lunch break from Noon-3 pm. We needed the shuttle at 2 pm, and then had to choose whether to use it at 3 pm or 11:30 am. Thankfully 3 pm worked for us because our flight was delayed, but it would have been better to have accurate information in the first place. The hotel looks tired in some areas but you can see they have tried to keep it up to date. The pool area landscaping has been neglected but that might be because it's winter. Overall, an ok place to stay for a night. It's close to the airport which is a plus.
