Wouldn't hold my bags prior to official check-in time so I had to drag them to a medical appointment. They wanted to charge an early check-in fee to get into the room before 3pm. Couldn't get on their WiFi. Breakfast was terrible---subpar food with few options, almost no health options. Manager not particularly helpful. I've stayed at other LaQuintas and it's been fine; stay away from this one.

Two major lows, when we booked room no where on the site did it state that there was no breakfast (one of the reasons we booked this hotel) due to Thanksgiving, which I understand but a heads up would have help us make plans in advance. Second major low, as soon as we walked into our room there was a roach walking by the door entrance, inside our room.

Outstanding location - not located right on a busy street, but very convenient to major roads and many local (non-chain) shops and restaurants. My room and the common areas were very clean and tidy. The flooring in my room was relatively new laminate plank flooring. Nice, normal hotel furniture and soft cotton linens. Decent shower water pressure. The pool was closed indefinitely when I was there. The wifi did not work at all while I was there and it was a cellular dead zone for me on AT&T. But for my short business trip needs, the convenient location and pleasant atmosphere outweigh those shortfalls - I would absolutely stay here again.

Staff that was there the night we checked in wasn't even friendly at all. And we did a courtesy call to let them know we are gonna be 15 mins late from our estimated time of arrival,and she was so rude on the phone, she sounded like she is laughing at us. And I believe the same staff that was on the call and the one that was there that night are the same. She isn't friendly nor welcoming at all. And is very distracted with her airpods. The room is very dirty, you can see it from the floor, and the bathroom is very dirty. We also did their complimentary breakfast, and oh my gosh. My daughter wants some orange juice, but you can see the gnats inside of the orange juice pitcher, it was gross. We will never go back there.

Could smell weed everywhere. Could hear everything with these thin walls. Had stains everywhere including the sheets. A toothpick literally left on the chair. Found a roach crawling behind the front desk which I pointed out. Inside the hotel smelled extremely funky like pee
