Every thing is terrible.I do not feel safe in my room. The door lock feels very insecure, and I keep waking up feeling that someone is outside my door.More importantly, the front desk had no staff around 9 p.m., and the entrance light keeps flickering, which made me feel unsafe. I don’t feel comfortable or safe staying here. And I can't request a refund for the remaining nights or to cancel the rest of my stay.

Front desk staff hid in the back room all the time. Had to go behind the counter and ask them to come out. Would not provide shuttle service even with the shuttle van in the park lot. Room had no tv remote and Air conditioning stopped, broke after two hours.

Roach haven.

Our room had ROACHES, both in the bathroom and around the refrigerator. There was a bright blinking light outside our window that flickered all night. The curtains were able to block it a bit but it was unnerving in the middle of the night. The room had a strong cologne smell that was not pleasant. It may have been used to cover a musty smell.
