We are nestled in the heart of Houston, TX in Montrose close to the Museum District, Downtown, and Medical Center. Near some of the best food in Houston this historic home features a variety of spaces to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay.


Only 4 blocks from the Metro Light Rail which connects:

The main entrance brings you to a foyer where you'll make your way up the stairs to the entry door takes you into a beautiful dining area. This connects to the Living Room which contains a large couch and TV. This part of the home also has a Private Sunroom with a futon and desk. A spiral staircase will take you to a fully carpeted Loft which contains 1 full bed and 2 twin beds. From the Living Room you enter the fully equipped kitchen which includes a complimentary Keurig, fridge, microwave, stove, oven, and essentials. Finally, you will enter the Master bedroom containing a spacious closet with a dedicated A/C unit and Queen sized bed. The Master Bedroom connects to an outdoor staircase leading to the private parking lot.

Houston concert stay

The property was very spacious and clean. There was enough room to sleep 5 or more comfortably, but there is only one bathroom so the three people we had in the unit worked just fine. Having a private parking space was very convenient and felt like our car was safe the whole time. It does get pretty warm during the hot hours of the day, but it cools off at night and there were plenty of fans to keep the air circulating.

Convenient

Had a nice stay in a unique place. We only stayed two nights for a Metallica concert. This place was very convenient if you’re looking for something close to the Houston stadium. I’d recommend it to anyone staying in Houston for an event.
