I checked in they gave me the wrong room. Then offered complementary breakfast then charged me $75 for a breakfast buffet and I asked the lady at the front desk and she had a attitude about it and i mentioned to her about her saying it was complementary and she said she can give me $15 off and she should have honored what she told me when I checked in

I didnt like being charged by the hotel for valet and Metropolis as well. It seems to be a common problem per the staff and its nor fair to the guest to chase down a refund. The hotel itself and staff were great
