This is a very nice hotel and a very fair price compared to others in the area. 2 criticisms, no tub and there was a nail sticking out of the carpet. The lack of tub was a negative because I have a baby but that might not be an issue for others. And I assume the nail was probably just an error when installing the carpet and won’t affect every room. Otherwise the room was great, the pool was lovely, the check in staff and bell man were very kind.

I enjoyed my stay. The hotel is really nice and the staff was really nice. I just wish the room had a microwave and an iron, that’s my only grievance. I’d definitely stay again though.

This is by far the best hotel I ever visited. I recently visited for Father’s Day weekend and I was blown away ! The hotel was beautiful and was completely spotless! The staff were incredibly friendly and customer service was top-notch! Especially the valet staff out front !!!! They will make every customer feel special from Arrival to departure. I love that this hotel offer so many great amenities such as a pool, bars and restaurants so you barely have to leave your hotel if you didn’t want to! This is the perfect hotel to stay because you are close to everything ! The Galleria Mall is literally around the corner minutes away!!! I already booked my second stay here again because of how much I loved it here ! I also recommend this hotel to all my family and friends who will be visiting Houston ! Thank you All for such an awesome stay.
