Breakfast was good. Staff that checked me in, Kayla(?) was very nice. Only downfall was airport shuttle did not come on time. We were wanting the 11:30am shuttle and were in the lobby at 11:20. It didn’t show up until 11:50. I was getting very nervous and went in twice to speak to the desk person to see what was going on.

Sraff was very friendly. Room was nice and clean. Check in and check out process was good too. The only thing we were disappointed was that on Sundays the included breakfast does not open until 7 am, it should open earlier.

First of all, the toilet wasn’t working and one of the beds was super creaky. Most of the furniture was old. The coffee machine in the room was also inconvenient and not modernized. For a 9/10 rated hotel, I was definitely not impressed.
