I did the whole online check in in advance just to have to redo everything in person upon arrival at the hotel. The guy was friendly and did his job well but it is so silly to have to waste time doing everything twice. They also have a sign on the wall that has changed the check in time from 3 to 4 but that is not what the contract you sign says.

Easy checkin, very clean room, and property. I would definitely stay here again. Note: Close access to freeway; however, rush hour can make it difficult to turn on the frontage road. The complimentary breakfast is very minimal (but still nice to have). If you are seeking a bit more to fill up on, plan on making arrangements for breakfast elsewhere.

The staff was great, however they told us we would need to get a staff member anytime we wanted to get into our room because they were out of keys! No joke we would need to go to the front desk and get them to open the door! We did not stay.

The fridge in 219 was noisy, likely needed defrosting. The ac/heater wasn't sensing room temperature well. The room wasn't serviced one day, apparently because the computer entry was not correct and showed us checked out.
