I will give this hotel a 5 star because I never had any issues with them. Quiet environment, Friendly staff, nice room, nice AC. I was able to watch Netflix , YouTube etc. it was a good experience. Me and my gf enjoyed our stay .

We liked the economical price was the reason I looked at The Residency, but the cleanliness, location to my destination, and friendliness of staff is why I will go back. The room was very clean and well lit. No USB ports so bring enough chargers with USBs. We absolutely loved the shower design. I do not know if every shower is the same design. But ours was cool. The bed was comfy and clean. The office manager was so helpful. We will go back. Also a nice mainly food court strip mall is within a safe walking distance.

The front desk staff went above and beyond with my stay here ! I have come to this place multiple times and it has never done me wrong ! The room is so nice and spacious for its price and I feel safe and taken care of ! If you need a small inexpensive get away I suggest this place one thousand percent ❤️ . I had no more towels and the front desk came out in the freezing cold and made sure she personally handed them to me . Thanks for the special treatment !
