The worst hotel. I don’t recommend

The stay was terrible. The service was awful. Any service you request, they don’t have people. They say they fix it, but never does. They make a list, they never act on it. The iron box tip was broken, they don’t care if it torn customer clothes. The vehicle sounds are very loud throughout night.

Nice, clean rooms. Ms Maria, front desk agent, gave us a great dinner recommendation at Maria Ritas. The food & service was incredible. All in all I would definitely recommend the hotel!
