Outside security cameras are at the front door, driveway, in front of the garage and in the backyard. There are absolutely no cameras inside the house. Do not tamper with cameras or Wi-Fi system.

Law enforcement will be contacted for violations. A $500 fine and immediate eviction will also apply.

We have the home routinely serviced with pest control to help maintain a clean and comfortable environment. Because this is Texas, insects are common outdoors. Occasional bugs may still find their way inside when doors or windows are opened.
