Travelled with family and small children
When we arrived, there was no electricity and water, despite providing our confirmation of arrival a day ago, and then another 1 hour right before we arrive. Travelling 3 hours from bangkok and arrived at the villa, not being able to freshen up or even use the toilet was such a disappointment. Property owner also did not have the initiative make up for the unpleasant welcome. Villa toilet bowls and sinks were also rather worn out. Hot water flask had some sticky stuffs inside, which i had to scrub it out real hard before using it. I will probably go for other properties if i come to hua hin again.
