The staff were fantastic very polite and helpful, they all gave great service. The food from the restaurant and including the breakfast was delicious , fresh cooked as requested and was too a high standard. My wife and I really enjoy our stay … thank you fresh inn hotel.

Extended a second week.

I had booked one week and extended for a second. The hotel is small and very comfortable. The restaurant is very good and the breakfast choice is amazing (I will miss my Thai green curry for breakfast). There is lots of dining around the hotel. Easy access to beach. He hotel does provide water in the room in refillable glass bottles not plastic.

Excellent hotel.

I fooled one week and extended for a second week. Staff at front desk are very helpful; Chompoo on the front desk was an amazing help for local information. The breakfast at the hotel was excellent. Rooms clean, beds and pillows good. The location is excellent, beach, good dining, and bars. I have been in hotels for the last 3 months and this is my favorite.

Location, location, location. Next to the nightlife Bintbaht without the noise. Restaurant choices plentiful within a 1 min or 5 min walk. Beach 4 mins away or 2 mins away thru the Hilton lobby across the street. Staff was fantastic, very nice and very helpful. Breakfast was good, many choices. I did not eat dinner but I saw many guests did so. They advertise 1,800 baht suv ride back to Bangkok. Good value. Girl friendly hotel too.

We loved the Fresh Inn. Great location and while the streets are loud, once we closed the door it was quiet. Easy to get to beach, restaurants and massage Al around and some great shopping. Hotel clean, staff are so friendly and lots of options for breakfast. Only issue for me was the hard bed…hubby didn’t mind it.

Won't be back.

The room was very small, the en suite was tiny, Air con noise kept us awake, so we asked for a fan and Recieved one. This just took more of the room up. My friend requested an iron 3 times and never received it. Swimming pool not very inviting, so we never used it. Breakfast average. Receptionist was very helpful when enquired about a trip. Maids give extra towel when we asked. Just one disturbing thing on top of other complsints was. There was an elderly gentlemen urinating into a bowl in the lift one afternoon when we got in the lift. He had the bowl and it was very smelly.
