Fue una buena estancia, habitaciones limpias el colchón y almohadas cómodas solo la cobija de encima ya se veía manchada de las dos habitaciones que reservé, recomendaría cambiarlas o desmancharlas bien y checar el calentador ya que no o agua solo un día salió caliente y los demás fría, nos brindaron la atención y servicio para poner caldera pero salía agua caliente 2 min y se enfriaba. Recomiendo la estancia solo checar esos detalles

El hotel está sucio. El edredón estaba manchado de chocolate. La coladera de la regadera estaba rota. Nunca salió agua caliente y por último, el hotel tiene un estacionamiento de camiones o algo parecido atrás y toda la noche se oyen los motores de los camiones prendidos. No se puede dormir.

Habitaciones muy basicas, sin señal de internet en las habitaciones, mala cobertura. Tambien no tenian aire acondicionado. Lo de mas aceptable.

Buen servicio, falta mejorar los insumos de aseo en el baño y ser constantes en el sazón del restaurante, pues el lugar es muy lindo y limpio, pero un día nos atendieron excelente y los alimentos deliciosos, al otro día, confusión en la orden y los alimentos no estaban bien preparados

En general la limpieza es buena aunque se nota que las sábanas no las cambian continuamente. Se notaban algunos cabellos en las sábanas el primer día de estancia.

Las habitaciones están algo deterioradas, les falta mantenimiento, había cables con cinta de aislar sin lámpara, contactos que no funcionaban, teléfonos sin línea, entre otros detalles. El lugar podría ser muy agradable con un poco más de mantenimiento. Personal atento pero no les ayudan las condiciones del lugar.
