there was no one to check us in at arrival when they did show up were very rude there was nothing in rhe room or bathroom cero amenities, no soap.

El personal no encontraba mi habitación, a pesar de tener la reserva me comentaron que Yano había habitaciones y tardaron 40 min en encontrarla, me dieron una habituación que no cumplía con lo que me apareció en hoteles.com solo me dieron una cama matrimonial cuando la reserva decía dos, además el precio en la instalación era mucho más barato que en la app y es la primera vez que hoteles.com no me garantiza el mejor precio
