Loved the ice and water bottle filling station on the main floor! There was a bit if an odd odor in the 3rd floor main hall...other than that overall stay was good & would stay again

The hotel was very clean. However, we checked in to a key not working to our room after 3 attempts. Our room was then changed after this to a room that had a toilet that did not flush realizing this after we unpacked our bags. Our room was then moved for the 3rd time and we were exhausted from our travels. The parking lot was full the 2nd night we stayed and we could not find any parking spots.

The room was clean. Check in staff was helpful. Breakfast was adequate. We stayed 3 nights and not once did anyone come in to clean or give us clean towels. There were noisy kids running up and down the hallways.

Hotel was good. Staff always had be back soon sign up.coffee ran out at 8:30 am and I waited till 9:15 and it was never refilled, same with yogurt and apple juice. Good hotel staff not great.

Generally a decent hotel. Staff was friendly, a lot of chipping on door frames, doors and the like. Breakfast is all cold other than the bagels, and very limited options. For the price now a days it's about what you'd expect for it being so close to the Hershey attractions. Next time we plan on splurging to use the Hershey hotel instead but if you're on a budget this is a decent option.

The hotel was clean and the staff were great. Very friendly. Air conditioning was on when I got to the room. The room was nice and cool. There was more than enough room to park. I will try to stay here when I go to Hershey again.
