A comfortable L-shaped sofa is appointed in front of a large bay window in the sitting room creating an ideal spot to curl up with a book. The well-equipped kitchen provides modern appliances and ample worktop space for rustling up delicious feasts made from the areas delicious local produce. With seating for five people available in the dining area, guests can gather together to plan to day ahead over a morning coffee, or share food and conversation long into the evening. Although Pebblesden does not feature its own garden, there is a delightful open garden in the adjoining square, as well as a grassland with seating running along the entire sea front that boasts impressive panoramic views all the way across The Wash to Skegness. On-site private parking is available for one car, with further parking freely available on the nearby roads, even in high season.
