Staff were friendly and helpful, Young lady at the front desk was very nice, Yogi was another staff member that was very nice and helpful. Even though the website says compact parking, I was still able to park my Yukon XL there with plenty of space. The room was spacious and clean, restroom was nice as well, and the air conditioning worked great.

Easy to get to... Not too far from Long Beach and the Long Beach Grand Prix. Check in was at 4 but not realizing that we showed up at 2. They let us get our room a little early at 3.

Motel manager Rosa was super friendly. Room was clean. The ice machine was out though and there was a light that was on a sensor above the window that could not turn off. The housekeeper was super helpful and suggested to put tape over the button.

Room and bathroom were clean. Pacific Coast Highway is right out front so the car noise was pretty loud but this was a holiday weekend so maybe it was extra loud, also several bars in the area. They were some mystery noise coming from the ceiling, not sure what that was all about. We live in the area and was evacuated because of a toxic chemical situation in our area. Called to try to see if we could check in just a little bit it earlier than 4pm and they said no! 50,000 people evacuated so it was very stressful!

I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room was not properly cleaned, the staff was unhelpful, and the overall experience was not good. The check-in process was slow and not informative, the street were noisy late at night, and basic amenities were either missing or not working properly. Unfortunately, I would not stay here again or recommend this hotel to others.
