Second time we have stayed here-we have family in the area-both times difficulty finding staff at the main desk. Once late at night and this past time at 5:30 in the am-when we needed our car. I would suggest a bell or a phone number posted for after hour needs.

Tried getting a room , they told us we would have to go online , like Expedia to get one. Not sure why they just couldn’t give us a room and we had to go online to book it . Room was clean , bed was horrible . Uncomfortable bed and pillows , not sure I would stay again for the price either.

The water flow out of the shower-head was terrible. This is the third time I stayed at your facility. I’m not sure I’m coming back unless they do something about the shower and the increase the flow of water such that one can have a nice shower. It’s an easy fix. Don’t use water restrict washers and have a better flow Shower-head.

A good location and clean stay

All was good - only reason not excellent is that the tv in our room didn't work properly - it may have been a bandwidth issue as every channel would freeze up and digitize - quite annoying but we just turned it off after a while of dealing with it and didn’t notify them until the next morning when we were checking out.
