Renovating and it was painfully obvious.

We did not have towels, the pillows were way too thin, the shower dripped badly and noisily and there was no hot water

The property is in awful condition, with cigarette burns/possible bullet holes in the ceilings. My shower didn’t work and I went to tell the front desk. Any employees response was you pay to stay here, not shower here. No refunds. I was never once threatening or loud, and only talked to the employee through a window, and he called a security officer on me for saying that I wanted to speak to a manager. It was completely insane. I took video in case that’s helpful

Worst of the worst.

Roaches, bed bugs, and the worst crowd of long term stay neighbors you could ask for. I couldn’t even make it through the night before I called it quits and left at 2 am. Very sketchy place and sketchy business practices.
