They only do your room every other day and they just change the towels and make the bed, no cleaning.

Hotel is located close to restaurant options. Great decor. Restaurant on site, i didnt dine there but on mornings I did enjoy access to Starbucks latte made on the premises. Lobby was spacious and comfortable. Staff was pleasant and friendly ( not just ones you had to interact with, this is inclusive of staff you passed in the hallways). Markita ( hope i spelled that right) and the other front desk person ( her name began with V) were amazing. Friendly, personable and they definitely contributed positively to my stay at this hotel. I use reviews all the time, so i am writing this one to help you decide to stay at this property. An indoor pool during Springtime was my initial attraction to the location, but I'm recommending staying here for an overall good time. Hotel is thoughtful ( water in the lobby), convenient close to food places, comfy ( that bed provided good nights sleep.)

The hotel is brand new and looks great, but nothing in our room was working properly. The air conditioner would not cool the room. The refrigerator did not work at all, so we lost some food and drinks. We tried to watch tv while we were getting ready to leave, but the tv also did not work and most of the electrical outlets in the room did not work. It was only 1 night, so we did not complain to the manager, but someone should know how bad trying to sleep here for 1 night was. When everything is working properly, this likely a good hotel.

Very nice and clean hotel with large rooms. Staff was nice but had to wait for 10 minutes or so before someone arrived at front desk to check us in. The TV would only show the Marriott channel and we could not get it to change. Called the front desk and they said they would come up to fix it but nobody ever came. The water pressure in the shower is almost non-existent. The pool was very clean but very cold. Seems like a newer hotel that is still working out the kinks. Location was nice as we attended a baseball game that is directly next door and we were able to watch the fireworks from our room.

The hotel is located in a great location with restaurants and shopping nearby. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was great and the bathroom was spacious. Definitely will stay here again when in the area.

Great location! Lots of shopping and restaurants close by! The room was very clean. This hotel has only been operating since October 2025 so everything was fresh and new.

The indoor pool was too cold. Water pressure too low in shower. No bath tubs so if you have kids you might need to take that into consideration. Great location though!!! Close to everything Huntsville has to offer.
