There was no daily room cleaning service. You probably need to specifically ask for it. Upper floors of Bayshore building don’t have balconies, so if you are set on balcony or a patio, you can request lower floors.

Everything was great except the fact that I woke up in the morning with bites on my ankle. After searching it up it would appear to be bed bug bites. I am very disappointed with this as the rest of the visit was great. But it is unacceptable to have bed bugs.

Expensive buffet, no other options for breakfast on site. Good evening restaurants. No cleaning service for our room. There were 3 of us, only 2 towels, 2 water bottles. I wouldn’t normally be so harsh but when you pay over 400$ for a room you expect it to be top notch. Great location though!

Big rooms. A little jaded. Clean room. Lighting could be better. Needed more electronics charging points besides side table. Could do with additional pillows as the one provided was good but a little too high to sleep on for the entire night.

We stayed in the Bayshore and the rooms are beyond tired ! They are not at all what I would expect for a resort of this caliber. 3 Star chains have more current rooms. We weren’t given a wrist band so didn’t know we could use the outdoor pool. No internet code given No way to steam music Completely outdated
