Way over priced for what little they offer. Their Grab and Go breakfast was actually the worse option I have ever seen . They did not even offer free water or juice, It honestly was just Nutri-Grain bars and muffin The Oranges was rotten and soft. The bananas were green. We rented the room for 5 people but the room Only had accommodations for 2 or 3, example 2 drinking cups, 2 coffee cups ,3 plates stuff like that. Had to ask for everything else we needed . Would not recommend.

Room was a bit sterile but fine. Did not realize there is no business center which we needed. Tried to work in the very small common area in lobby but just constant noise from staff cleaning or stocking the breakfast snacks (crinkling muffin bags which went on and on). We ended up leaving a day early which I have never done anywhere. Was disappointing for a Hyatt. Unlikely to stay at one of these again.

There was absolutely no hot water for my shower. My son couldn’t even get one this morning. I ran it for a good bit to try and get it warm, but just had to take a cold shower. I wasn’t happy

Night staff was very slow to get us checked in, but polite. Maybe new. Room was large, so large with so little furniture that it seemed uninviting. It was, however very clean. Comfortable bed, sofa was as hard as metal bleachers. Not a comfortable place to sit to read or watch tv. Kind of sterile looking space.

Room for being a studio was missing silverware and drinking glasses! Water temperature control was poor, during a Shower the water became very Cold as another resident (s) might have turned On the shower at the Same time, and then within 10-15 seconds it became very hot ! The water heaters in this brand new building should handle this issue , the hotel was not not even booked 50% capacity I was charged extra fees upfront that weren’t disclosed during booking !

The room and hotel were in good condition, and the staff very welcoming. On the downside - there were dead bugs on the windowsill in the room, and the noise from the in-room A/C unit during the night was horrendous. We checked out a day early due to rearranged/cancelled flights due to the storm, but we’re informed by reception that no refund was available because we booked thru Expedia? The receipt emailed to me, was not ours - the credit card referenced was not mine.
