The room itself was just ok but not on par with other hotels in the area which are closer to the downtown core. The biggest issue is that we never got our deposit back. We called them and the lady was rude and not helpful. They claim they refunded it but refuse to provide any proof that they have done so. Credit card company says they have not.

First room had a horrible smell like they were covering up previous smoker. Complained and received another room, which had parts of ceiling flaking and bathroom door was dirty on back near knob and blood splatter near bottom. No hooks in bathroom. Came back to get into room and electronic key didn't work and was told to take to office for a recharge. Good thing it was midnight. Would not likely stay again with inconveniences and conditions we had.
