Very nice place to stay. Not much right at this exit yet - so it is quieter. But lots of places close. Within 10-20 minutes your in Madison or Huntsville. Only thing was the cleaner used in the elevator and rooms didn’t have a good smell. Always bring my Scentsy go for those situations though and it worked great to make a neutral scent that was more pleasant. It was quiet and the people running the place were nice to our party. No issues.

Nice place, but not in a central area. Nice kitchen and front room. Bed and pillows could be a bit more comfortable. Gym could be bigger. But overall it was a nice stay with no headaches. It's easy access to the highway so you can get everywhere fairly quickly.

When i finally checked my sheets and pillow cases were dirty. I went to the lobby to request fresh linen and the doors were locked. There were no employees. I tried calling and nobody ever answered. Also, there was a man downstairs smoking a cigar that was so loud and smoky, it lit up the entire first floor. And nobody was here to check that. I'm from our of town and was not familiar with this type of management or lack thereof. But very dissapointed and can't even slurp because my linen is dirty. The positive is the rooms are nice and i had good customer service over the phone when i called earlier in the day.

The GOAT & Honesty at its best

I really enjoyed my stay. The hotel staff from the front desk to housekeeping were extremely friendly and I really appreciate how honest they all are. I had left my Apple Watch in my room when I checked out and didn’t realize it for at least an hour or so. I called and the sweet lady upfront immediately took my number and went to check the room. After the search and speaking to staff she located my watch and called me to let me know that they found it. I thanked her so very much and for this reason every time I come to the Huntsville/Madison area I will be booking my room there. I thoroughly enjoyed my entire stay. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart for making my engagement stay a very memorable one. See you all in a month or so!

I checked in at 10pm, which is after the front desk closes at 9pm. Sadly, my bed had no sheets, no pillowcases, and no blanket. The bathroom and kitchen was filthy and I had no bath towels. I called the emergency number but no one answered. I left a message but no one ever called me back. I had to go searching for a new hotel and stayed at a local Hilton for an additional $80. The only positive thing I can say is that when I stopped by the next morning, the desk clerk apologized and refunded my money.

Wonderful spot to stay at for business!

These suites have everything you need at a great price (dishwasher and refrigerator along with coffeemaker and stove)! The room is comfortable and clean. It is quiet here. There's a common area outside to grill. The staff are friendly and polite! Can't beat the price for all the amenities!!!
