Room was clean and definitely had plenty of power outlets. Best thing was that they had Samsung tvs! Down side was that it is more of a motel style setup, work the front office actually tucked away at the back. The other inconvien ence was that the front office had limited hours. But the rates were good, which is why i booked. Was there for one night for work. One other thing was that i was charged an additional charge a "Municipal Tax" which they didn't tell me about until i see the charge on my credit card. One think that i have noticed, and it's an expedia thing is that some hotels don't want to give you a reciept when you book through expedia.

The room was clean, and beautifully renovated. Staff was friendly and courteous. My only issue was that a breakfast buffet was advertised in the pics and the buffet was none existent. Instead they had a cold bag breakfast which contained an apple, granola bar, yogurt, water, and juice box.

Great location in Bracebridge

When we checked in, there was a funky smell coming from the washroom and after inspection, we noticed there were stains in the bottom of the toilet. We notified reception and they came over to check. She apologized and moved us to another room right away. The quick service was greatly appreciated. The new room was clean, washroom was a bit old and small cracks on the floor, the top lock for the door was broken. The TV only had a few channels but we only needed the place to sleep since we would be out all day so it served it's purpose. Rooms were spacious. Mini fridge was helpful in keeping our drinks cold, microwave we did not use nor the coffee machine. The location was perfect in Bracebridge. We would stay here again.

Disappointment

The breakfast was suppost to be a hot breakfast, not a brown bag . Very disappointed. Beds were not comfortable.
