Step outside onto the spacious deck and soak in breathtaking views while you gather around the propane fire pit or relax in the hot tub. With outdoor seating, this spot is perfect for enjoying nature's beauty.
The Space:
The Jasper Tiny Home is a charming escape with a queen bed in the loft (ladder access), two twin beds on the main floor, and a sofa bed in the living room, sleeping up to six guests. It features a bathroom with a shower and a kitchen equipped with a fridge, microwave, cooktop, sink, coffee maker, and essentials. The living room offers a smart TV, AC, and heating. Outside, enjoy a private deck with a hot tub, BBQ, fire pit, and seating. Free parking, EV charging, and playground access included.
Guest Access:
Please make yourself at home and enjoy the entire Tiny Home, the outdoor deck, and your designated parking spot right at the home. Guests also have access to a beautiful park on the property, a Tesla charger, and plenty of nearby public lands to explore and enjoy the area's natural beauty. The Neighborhood:
Apple Valley is a quite small town with no light pollution, nestled in a mountain range, creating a beautiful atmosphere. Located in a quaint neighborhood right off of Hwy 59. Very close to Hurricane, UT, and Colorado City, AZ - both of which have great grocery stores and supply options.
Getting Around:
Cars are the easiest way to get around the area, and you’ll have your own parking space right at the Tiny Home. Guests are also welcome to bring bikes—there are incredible trails nearby! Gooseberry Mesa, a world-class mountain biking destination, is just a 6-minute drive away. It’s a fantastic way to explore the stunning desert landscape and the surrounding public lands.
Other Things to Note:
While most guests come to visit Zion National park we encourage guests to find their way to the many other attractions like the grand canyon north rim, Bryce canyon, coral pink sand dunes, Pipe springs monument, sand hollow state park, snow canyon state park, Gooseberry mesa, and much more all these locations are within a 2 hour drive from our resort with activities like sand dune racing/play, kayaking, hiking, biking, swimming, boat rentals, and so much more! A must-see before you leave is a locals favorite, Water Canyon, which is free to hike, has a waterfall at the end of a 3-mile hike, and is beginner-friendly, located 20 minutes from the property!
