Security were rude and disrespectful. Never come across anything like that before. I can appreciate the necessity of security, however you need to keep interactions to a minimum and leave that to your hospitality team. We did have to swap our room on arrival due a damp smell in the room. Overall rooms were pleasant, food was great and location was convenient.
