Ground floor with view on garden with closed parking + boat trailer space, feet in the water, and swimming pool. living room with folding 160cm double bed, entrance hall with 2 bunk beds 90cm, bathroom (sink, Italian shower, heated towel rail) with WC, fitted kitchen area (induction hob, multifunction oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, Nespresso, vacuum cleaner, iron). flat screen TV + DVD + Unlimited high speed WIFI Internet access offered. Private garden with table and chairs + 2 multi position armchairs.
Note 1: The apartment is equipped with video surveillance protection
Note 2: Bikes, one of which is an electric bike, are available on request
Note 3: blind + mosquito repellent lamp at your disposal
Note 4: Sheets and towels are not provided and cleaning is optional, on request before the stay.
Note 5: Possibility of going out at sea with a small contribution to the costs. (630m motor boat with cabin for two people)
